I'd guess no more than 5kish for the Tall Shield because it's single-modded.
merch accursed staff, hct 9% isn't max merch to 2k for the cane? mesmer attributes and mixed att mods will make that one hard to find a buyer for, I think. merch the plagueborn focus as it's single modded and not max or max for a low req. r9 purple insc. Grim Cesta - gonna assume you mean a focus, not a wand, and that it's max 12 energy - if it's the guantlet/glove skin, maybe 15k tops. Maybe more like 20k tops if it's the talon/bird claw skin.
